What You'll Be Working On
Initially, you will assist with finding high-quality client prospects (market research) and drafting outbound email messages to initiate conversations with leads. Additional tasks may also include bookkeeping, preparation of invoices from templates, social media, and other duties as they arise.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is obsessed with paying attention to instructions, has a drive to learn new things, a hunger to be thorough (leave no rock unturned), and a keen attention to detail. We will provide step-by-step procedures for each task, so a keen ability to follow instructions is important. Experience with or an understanding of outbound marketing and patents are assets (please highlight this in your cover letter if you have this knowledge or experience). You should also be proficient in spoken and especially written English.
The Position and the Hiring Process
This position will be a contract position, initially part-time (5-10 hours per week) during a paid trial period, with the opportunity to expand to additional hours over time.
